Sirius Aviation is able to offer clients the necessary personnel to provide expertise in flight safety, ground safety, occupational safety and health, internal audit and inspection, emergency response and aviation security. These advisory capabilities can supplement an executive director with strategic input at board level.
This function supports Board level review of annual safety plans, strategy evaluation and refresh and specific safety case/risk review. The role provides the Board of an independent safety expertise and assurance of current strategy and plans for the business. This NED role would also support independent input into quarterly Safety Review Boards.
Sirius Aviation can further support a client in their commitment to the continuous improvement of safety and risk management within the organisation by acting as a retained risk advisor. This would include the formulation of appropriate risk management methodology, specifically tailored for the enhancement of the risk management programme.
