Adriana García is a leader in risk and project management, with more than a decade
of experience in various industries such as aviation and logistics. She has been
responsible for implementing operational safety Programs and quality management
systems in companies such as Talma Servicios Aeroportuarios and Avianca Cargo,
achieving international certifications such as IOSA, ISAGO, CEIV and BASC, among
other management systems. Her focus on process automation, operational
optimization and team training has allowed her to generate satisfactory results to
reduce operational safety incidents and ensure the development of sustainable
processes, accompanied by a strong ability to lead strategic teams and projects.
Among her outstanding achievements, Adriana led optimization projects for the A330
F fleet at Avianca Cargo, allowing savings in fuel consumption and increasing
payload. Additionally, she was crucial in supporting the certification for the transport
of Pharma, Perishables, Lithium Batteries and Live Animals. These types of
initiatives, together with her experience in web development and data analysis, have
allowed to implement innovative technological solutions and contribute to
