Giovanny is an Aeronautical Engineer with postgraduate studies in Engineering Project Management and Risk Management, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the aviation industry and over 15 years dedicated to quality assurance, operational safety, and aviation audits.

He is a certified IOSA RBI auditor with specialization in the disciplines ORG, DSP, GRH, CGO, and SEC, and has extensive experience supporting airlines in achieving and maintaining IOSA compliance. Throughout his career with Avianca Group and other aviation organizations across Latin America, Giovanny has participated in IOSA preparation and recertification processes, including gap analysis, audit planning, corrective action management, and alignment with IATA standards.

His work has focused on strengthening operational oversight, improving documentation and procedures, and supporting airlines in successfully meeting IOSA requirements.
