Ivonne is an aeronautical engineer, who´s been working in the aviation industry for 30 years in different areas at the beginning as a Cabin Crew member, where she has the opportunity to design, develop and implement standard procedures (SOP); this allowed her to visualise her professional future focused on Quality, and Safety. For the last 8 years, she participated in the implementation of SMS and IOSA in some companies with very different types of operations and as part of the certification team for a new Cargo Airline company in Colombia.

During this time, she had the opportunity to implement processes for incident and accident investigation, including just culture, major improvements in the ERP of two organizations, as well as designing SMS training focused on the weaknesses of the companies to
incorporate changes and improvements.
